Accessibility Statement

PCT’s commitment to accessible online tax-preparation, intake, portal, payment, and support experiences.

Accessibility is part of client service. PCT aims to make its public website and digital workflows usable by people with

disabilities and to provide reasonable alternative assistance when a barrier is reported.

Effective date: September 9, 2026

below.

Accessibility commitment

PCT Professional Services LLC is committed to providing meaningful access to its website and online tax-preparation services. We

treat accessibility as an ongoing process involving design, testing, feedback, and reasonable assistance.

1. Our Commitment

PCT works to make pctquickfile.com, public intake pages, Agent-personalized intake pages, Client Portal pages, preparer

enrollment pages, and related online content accessible to people with disabilities.

PCT uses recognized web-accessibility practices and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as practical guidance

when designing and improving digital content. Because accessibility depends on content, browsers, assistive technology, third-

party tools, and ongoing updates, PCT does not make an unqualified claim that every page or third-party component conforms

to a particular WCAG level at all times.

2. Accessibility Practices

PCT’s accessibility efforts may include:

• Using meaningful headings and page structure to support navigation.

• Maintaining readable text size and adequate color contrast where practicable.

• Providing text labels and instructions for important form fields and actions.

• Supporting keyboard navigation for core website functions where practicable.

• Using alternative text or accessible descriptions for meaningful images where appropriate.

• Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate critical information.

• Designing forms and error messages so users can understand what information is required.

• Reviewing important client-facing workflows after material changes.

• Providing a way for users to report accessibility problems.

3. Tax Intake, Client Portal, and Documents

PCT’s tax workflow may require clients to complete forms, upload documents, review tax information, sign authorizations, select

payment or bank-product options, and communicate with an assigned preparer. If a disability creates a barrier to completing a

digital step, contact PCT for assistance or an available alternative method.

PDFs and documents can vary in accessibility depending on their source and content. When PCT publishes an important public

policy or instruction as a PDF, PCT should also make the same essential information available in an accessible web or text

format when practicable.

4. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the PCT experience are provided by third parties, such as payment processing, tax software, bank-product

providers, scheduling tools, or embedded services. PCT does not control every accessibility feature of those independent

systems, but PCT encourages users to report barriers so we can provide reasonable assistance and address issues with

vendors when appropriate.

5. Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier

If you have difficulty accessing a PCT page, form, document, payment step, or portal feature, please email

support@pctproservices.com.

To help us respond efficiently, include the page or feature you were using, a brief description of the problem, the assistive

technology or browser involved if relevant, and the best way to contact you. Do not send Social Security numbers, tax

documents, passwords, full bank-account numbers, or payment-card information by ordinary email.

6. Alternative Access

When reasonably possible, PCT will work with a user to provide an alternative way to obtain information or complete an

essential service while an accessibility issue is being addressed. The available alternative will depend on the requested service,

security requirements, legal requirements, and the sensitivity of taxpayer information.

7. Ongoing Improvement

PCT reviews accessibility as the website and portal evolve. New features, vendor changes, updated tax workflows, and new

content may require additional accessibility testing or remediation. Feedback from clients and preparers helps PCT prioritize

improvements.
